HVAC Maintenance Agreements

At Broad Brook Heating of Preston, CT, we offer our customers the option of a HVAC maintenance agreement. By paying the annual fee you will receive:

  • Maintenance Check Of Your Cooling & Heating System. Spring A/C Tune-Up and Fall Furnace or Heat Pump Cleaning and Safety Inspection. Many problems can be diagnosed and resolved before they can cause a problem during extreme weather.
  • 15% Repair Discount. If something does break, maintenance agreement customers pay less.
  • One Full Year Warranty on repairs to the system. If the same part fails again within the year it is our expense, not yours.
  • Priority Service For Emergencies. If your system fails during peak time period, you will be placed ahead of everyone else who’s called for service who is not a Maintenance Agreement customer.
  • No Overtime Rates. If emergency service is needed after normal business hours Maintenance Agreement customers don’t pay overtime charges.
  • 13 – Point Inspection.
